Nick Charge

Before founding The Hug Group, Nick had an extensive career in financial technology sales specialising in financial data systems and derivatives and was Global Head of Sales for CloudMargin

A father of two boys of Primary School age, it was Nick's wife helping out on a school trip to an aquarium in 2016 that gave him the inspiration to create The Hug Group. Looking after only 5 children for a few hours was enough to leave her mentally exhausted and got him thinking about how to make things easier for school trips in the future.

Nick is an accomplished rugby player and coaches at his local rugby club
